Incorporating Mindfulness

In the IIT JEE coaching in North Delhi, the students are taught about the practice of mindfulness and how to practice it. The NEET coaching in Indirapuram, also encourages  its students to practice mindfulness.
Mindfulness is practiced in many ways, and some of the methods and their mode of practice is stated below.
Mindful breathing: In mindful breathing, the practitioner sits down in the lotus position and starts breathing slowly in a way that each breath cycle lasts for approximately 6 seconds. Like a regular “Pranayam”, in mindful breathing the air is breathed through the nose and let out through the mouth. This lets a free flow of air passage within your body.

Give away all your thoughts: Just remove all your thoughts away and if that seems impossible, then let the thoughts fade away on their own. Watch your breath when this is happening.

Replacement theory: If a negative thought finds its way into your mind, then replace it with two positive thoughts. Be positive in your demeanour and your thought process. This will immensely benefit your personality and strengthen your character.

Mindful listening: This is something which all of us at some point of life would have done it without realizing the extreme effects it has on our body and our conscious mind. Listen to music. Put on your head phones, go sit in a quiet place and listen to plain or instrumental music or anything else that suits your mood. Do not fixate yourself on the lyrics and try to just let your mind to concentrate on the music.

So these were some of the practices used to incorporate mindfulness in one’s lives. Even IIT JEE coaching in Pitampura carries on these practices. It is very essential that one should practice these activities and implement them to the last dot. This will not only result in a positive attitude but also show immense boost in your academic career growth.

Hence, CLEAREXAM is the most favored IIT JEE Coaching in East Delhi. Known for providing all coaching services including the most test series, for us students are the top priority.
