Managing Anxiety

  • Be a busy bee.

    If you cannot manage your anxiety anymore, then find closure in a trustworthy friend or confidant. Talk it out and release the angst. 
  • Walk away.
    If the thing or issue that bothers you has reached unbearable levels, then walk over it. Let it never bother you ever again. Project apathy towards that issue, and don’t dwell on it. 
  • Seek medication.
    Sometimes the problem may be clinical. So if you have an anxiety which is developing into a phobia, then seek clinical help. It is very important to cut the issue in the root, before it takes the form of a tree.
